Yoga For You is designed to improve the state of your mind - body - health - wellbeing. Your teacher, Christine has taught and been taught all over the globe and brings you her unique Hatha Yoga. All equipment is supplied - just bring you!

A little about your teacher, Christine Hiltner:

Yoga has been a passion for Christine for over 28 years taking her to India and the USA to study with the world’s most acclaimed teachers, including B.K.S. Iyengar, Donna Holman, Judith Lasater, Geeta Iyengar, and Donna Farhi. She has been teaching yoga for over 26 years in Australia and the USA.

Christine has a clear understanding of the physical and mental benefits to be gained from yoga, and over the last 15 years has made mental health and wellbeing her special area of interest.

Along with her professional training as a Social Worker Christine also brings many years of experience and training as a Mindfulness practitioner/teacher; utilizing this in her yoga teaching to further promote physical and mental health. Christine has taught retreats in Bali, WA and Tasmania.
