I have a particular interest and expertise in gentle yoga for people who are more reticent about physical movement due to injury, lack of fitness or a perception that yoga is not for them. You may be older, you may returning or new to yoga.

You will be guided through poses with softness and support.

Modifications and variations will be offered to each student based on individual needs - chairs and walls may be used.


VIVEKA is a Sanskrit word meaning discernment or clear mindedness – one of the most important benefits I have gained from my personal yoga practice.
Yoga has given me that little bit of space to rest, to reflect, to be more open and able to make better choices. It has also been effective in the maintenance and improvement of my physical health. Years of sitting in office chairs is not good for one's back and neck and yoga stretches and opens those constricted places.
And yoga breath work has been brilliant for improving my respiratory system and relieving anxiety.
