We are a holistic health & wellbeing centre in Southern Sydney supporting people of all ages achieve optimum health and balance in their lives.

Our highly qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary team of Clinicians/Practitioners provide a complete and comprehensive range of services to meet all of your health care needs at the one convenient location.

We offer Psychological services, Paediatics, Counselling, Occu[ationl Therapy, Remedial Massage, Dietetics, Acupuncture, Diversional Therapy, Yoga, Meditation, and much more. Our practice is based on a holistic, strengths based, person-centred approach, recognising the uniqueness of each individual and providing a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore options, set goals, and work towards achieving wellness and balance in your life.

We have a particular interest in children and families led by Specialist Paediatric Consultant Dr Lucas Speed, and offering child and adolescent psychological services, dietetics and occupationl therapy. We provide assessment and support to families caring for children with developmental delay, autism, disabilities.
