At Sweet Events for Kids we pride ourselves on providing quality, up to date and unique party hire items.

WE SPECIALISE IN THE PARTY HIRE OF;

- Kids-size trestle tables and gorgeous chairs in colours, pink, blue, red, green, yellow and white to suit children 2- 8 yrs of age. Our tables come in three sizes, 2.4m, 1.8m and 1.5m and all are 900mm in width. This allows plenty of room for party food, centrepieces, plates, cups, placemats....

- Fabric tablecloths for our children's tables. All hire cloths have been carefully sourced so that they co-ordinate with our themes and party props.

- An extensive range of styling props/decorations to suit many party themes and occasions.

- Candy/Dessert buffet trestle tables, beautiful tablecloths, quality glass apothecary candy jars, a wide variety of cake stands & footed/compote bowls, platters, drink dispensers, candy scoops and everything else required to achieve the perfect candy/dessert buffet.

HOW HIRE WORKS (Terms and Conditions)

PAYMENT

All hire charges are exclusive of GST.

All prices are for single day hire only.

Prices subject to change without notice.

A $100 security deposit bond and a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the date of your event. Please ensure, if paying your balance by Electronic Funds Transfer that payment is made a couple of days earlier to allow time for clearance.

The security deposit will be returned in full within 72 hrs (via EFT) after all hired goods have been picked up or returned, provided they are returned on time and are without breakages, chips, scrapes, cracks, missing items, in working condition, have not been weathered and have no other damages. Under no circumstances should the customer attempt to repair any failure or damages of equipment but should notify the owner (Sweet Events for Kids) immediately.

If damages exceed the bond amount the hirer will be liable to pay any additional costs to replace or repair damaged goods. NOTE; Also, if the hirer is not charged a bond and items have been damaged the hirer will be liable for the costs of repair or replacement.

A minimum 50% cancellation fee will apply if cancellation is without suitable notice. In some cases special arrangements can be made to reschedule dates due to unforeseeable circumstances.

DELIVERY, PICK UP & DROP OFF

Delivery - $30.00
Pick Up - $30.00

Pick up and drop off of hire items by appointment only.

Personal identification is required on the collection of any hired goods.

Hire goods to be returned on the date confirmed at time of placing your booking (refer to invoice for confirmation of date). To avoid late fees please return hired goods or be available for hired goods to be picked up as per set date and time.

Please also ensure you are available for delivery as confirmed at time of booking so that no additional fees apply if Sweet Events for Kids are required to redeliver.

Sweet Events for Kids reserves the right to withhold delivery if payment has not been received prior to delivery. An extra delivery charge will apply should Sweet Events for Kids have the need to redeliver as a result of non-payment on or before delivery.

Please check all goods for correct number and condition prior to the goods leaving the premises or at time of delivery. Inform Sweet Events for Kids of any discrepancy within 24 hours. Sweet Events for Kids accepts no responsibility if not notified within the reasonable time frame.

WASHING

Sweet Events for Kids are more than happy to do the washing up for you (where applicable). Please refer to the CARE & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS sheet attached to your invoice for specific care for some of our delicate items.
