I am really passionate in helping people, wether it is helping you getting fit, lose weight, reaching a specific goal or just general fitness.

There is so many ways in getting fit. If you have no idea on where to start, I can help you to get on the right track, or you can get a tailored made fitness program tailored just for you.

If you are in desperate need of motivation, or getting that extra push in getting you at your goal, you have the option of a 1 on 1 training session or bring a friend with you and enjoy a 2 on 1 training session together, with a tailored made program, or you can join a group fitness session Class.

All new clients get a body composition and fitness test done. These are done before you start any of the above programs and an evaluation is done after 6-8 weeks, so that you can see in what areas you are improving.
