Priddey Intense Fitness has a wide range of classes from boxing fitness to modified crossfit based classes.
each class works on a different aspect of fitness and all classes are great for every fitness level ranging from beginner to advanced.
The boxing fitness classes are a mixture of cardio, body weight exercises and cardio boxing routines all put together to give you the ultimate boxing fitness workout.
