With over 40 scheduled small group reformer sessions each week you will find a time to suit you and start to discover how good your body is designed to feel! Reformer Pilates helps to tone your body, improve your posture, balance and control, and strengthen your core muscles to assist in alleviating common body pains and relieving stress.
