The massage is from a relaxing massage to a more manipulative massage style.

Each massage is catered to the individual, as we all have different things happening in our lives and to our bodies, what style may work for you may be that bit different for your neighbor, even if you both had sore back's, knee's, or shoulders.

The best way is to come in, ring or text and we will discuss what is going on with yourself and your body, and the only way to make a different is to start somewhere.

There is also the lovely Crystal Healing and Reiki, which is a subtle form of healing, working to the degree of what you need at that given moment, what you are up to and ready to release mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Another massage is based using the DoTerra oils, which help calm, release and re balance your body and mind.
