Lefty’s Old Time Music Hall is like a lavish honky-tonk saloon meets bordello – conveniently beamed up from the deep south of 19th century America to Caxton St. Set in the majestic old Baroona Labour Hall, Lefty’s Old Time Music Hall has become a Brisbane institution in 3 short years. The beautiful heritage listed building has previously housed Tailors, Communists, punk rock kids and strippers.

Stepping into Lefty’s immediately transports you to an Old Western whisky bar. Dark leather, dark timber, scarlet velvet drapes, mounted animals, Chandeliers, giant mirrors, candle-lit booths, spirits mixed with freshly juiced apple and never-ending free popcorn.

The main bar offers a wide selection of whiskey, (It’s all about the Whiskey) American and Australian beers and more, some nice wines and sparkling (if thats more your do), and of course great banter from all our bartenders.
