I am a fully qualified personal trainer with 11 years experience, working with all ages and fitness levels. I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Human Movement, Level 3 and 4 in Fitness and am registered with Fitness Australia. I love training hard, seeing the results exercise brings both physically and psychologically and helping bring out the best in my clients. I also love the social aspect to training groups and the friendships I have made over the years. I am regularly inspired by the people I train.
