Karen Pascoe, PT - Cert III & IV in Fitness 2.08

My interest in Health & Fitness was sparked about 7 years ago when I realized I wanted to change. I was unhappy in my marriage, unhappy with who I was and how I looked. I had been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager and was smoking a packet a day ... I was finally ready to do something about it!
I started exercising, cleaned up my diet and quit smoking. I put my passion and experience into practice and studied to become a Personal Trainer. Today I am happier, healthier and fitter than I have ever been.
I would like to share my knowledge and hopefully encourage others to take that first big step ... I know you can do anything you want if you set your mind to it!
