At JP Fitness training, there is a way in which everyone is able to train. I cater for personal training (1:1) & small group training where I run scheduled classes throughout the week. I provide nutritional coaching, consultations and progress management & match it with exercise to help everyone meet their goals.
I am a mum of 3, with a passion for health and fitness. I like to teach people how they can still fit in their healthy lifestyle and find that time to workout amongst the busy life of being a mum. Happy to answer all questions and enquiries please ask me =D
