TRAINING requires various key components like specificity of exercise prescription, programming, record tracking, correct exercise form and appropriate nutrition.

EXERCISE only requires movement and moderate food intake.

My years of bodybuilding and powerlifting have gained my knowledge required to achieve an aesthetic, yet, powerful physique appropriate for both men and women.
My time spent training clients has only further honed my skills with others and continues to do so the longer I go on.
