Based in Brighton-Le-Sands, Sydney, Fusion Fitness Solutions (FFS) aims to create ‘solutions’ to peoples’ fitness needs. The incorporation of the word ‘fusion’ into the business name was not intended to be just another ‘business-name buzz-word’ but rather has meaning behind it. The rationale of the word ‘fusion’ lies in the concept of providing a ‘fusion’ of expertise from three well-known industries: healthcare, martial arts, and personal training and thus is aimed to provide the ultimate ‘fusion fitness solutions’ for the client. In this way an holistic approach to fitness is achieved.

Fusion Fitness Solutions provides highly specialised personal training/fitness and conditioning with a unique focus on self-defense and martial arts techniques, while providing pharmacist health professional advice.
