The Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia is one of Australia's premier yacht clubs and caters to over 1200 members with a diverse range of sporting and social interests.

Located on the Le Fevre Peninsula at North Haven, the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia was incorporated in 1973. Just 5 minutes from Semaphore, 10 minutes from the increasingly thriving Port Adelaide, and 35 minutes from the City of Adelaide, the CYCSA’s location is unreservedly convenient.

The CYCSA covers approximately 36 hectares, including water and land from the outer breakwater to the North Haven harbour. The CYCSA owns and operates two marinas at North Haven totalling 313 wet berths, and a hardstanding area of 150 berths, with a further 90 wet berths in a marina which the CYCSA operates and holds under a long term lease across Gulf St Vincent at Port Vincent.

We have a membership category to suit all, including Senior, Club, Racing, Intermediate and Junior Membership, with Associations covering Racing, Cruising, Fishing and Social Activities.

The Club also has first class Clubhouse facilities including restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, function rooms, a slipway and limited maintenance facilities.

Currently the CYCSA is a member of the Marina Industry Association of Australia, the Boating Industry Association of South Australia, Yachting Australia, Yachting South Australia, Clubs SA and Business SA to name just a few.
