The shared menu is driven by Head Chef Kristian Vale. With his experience and obvious flair with Asian cuisine, Kristian has created a Modern Asian menu that draws influences from across the breadth of South East Asia.
The team at China Lane are guided by Simon Smallfield, who has extensive experience both in Australia and overseas. Our style of service is fast, yet professional, lending itself to both social and corporate diners alike.
