Only Use sponge cake with buttercream NOT Fondant!
All Cakes Are Covered With A Delicious Dark or White Ganache then Covered With Smooth Fondant.

My Diary Fills up quickly so booking is essential,as each cake is baked at the last minute to ensure freshness,i can only manage a limited number each week.
I require at least 3 weeks notice and a deposit to secure a booking with the balance being due at the time of delivery.
