bestchance is an independent not-for-profit organisation which has been providing support to children and families since 1895 in the eastern metropolitan region of Victoria.

From our origins as a Boys Home in 1895, we have grown into an integrated and inclusive community-based service. Providing universal, specialist, educational and welfare services, bestchance has adopted an innovative and holistic approach to assisting young children and families by integrating its suite of community services into the one complex.

Today, bestchance is one of Victoria’s most respected children’s services organisations with an innovative training service. The role of governance is held by the Board of Management. Management of the organisation is the responsibility of the CEO who leads a team of qualified and experienced professionals.

bestchance is the operating name of Child and Family Care Network Inc.The head office is located in Glen Waverley.
