The Australian Centre for Photography (ACP) is the leading national organisation dedicated to photography and new media.

ACP provides exhibition, education and community programs to engage audiences in a dynamic conversation about the role photography plays in visual culture.

As one of the longest running contemporary art spaces, founded in 1973, ACP has been a creative force in the cultural life of Australia for over 40 years. Head-quartered in Sydney, the ACP fosters partnerships to present innovative programs, regionally, nationally and internationally.

The ACP is the publisher of Photofile, Australia’s leading photography journal since 1983.
