Is a health & fitness group where we share healthy recipes, advice, run 6 week life changers through The Chief Life, CrossFit, Personal training Group fitness classes, AcroFit classes <18 years old, Kid fit Classes <14 years old. We are passionate about the correct technique, and catering for EVERYONE! I'm a mum of 2 little girls and love love what i do :)

All classes are catered for all fitness levels as we always give levels and modify for everyone's capability. Please bring a towel, water & comfortable foot wear.

Our training sessions are kid friendly and we have a baby sitting room for all classes at 9:15am Monday to Friday. There is plenty of room for prams or capsules if you want to bring your little ones if you want to keep them with you.

We have recently become Affiliated with CrossFit and will be operating with Wodify for all classes & memberships.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Weightlifting Coach Level 1
Power Lifting Coach Level 1
Cert 3 in fitness TAFE (Group Fitness instructor & Gym instructor)
Cert 4 in Fitness TAFE (Personal Trainer),
Punchfit Boxing Instructor
